On coding agents, Cognition opened Devin Mobile in beta and cut Fusion and Normal pricing by 30 to 40 percent, Ultra by 15 to 20 percent, and Devin Review costs by up to 70 percent. Claude Sonnet 5.5 is targeting faster everyday coding work, with reports of 30 percent faster performance and 30 percent lower usage in Claude Code bug-fixing workflows.
Sonnet 5.5 is also being used for creative production. Peter Yang demonstrated seven video formats, from motion graphics and launch videos to shorts and anime-style music videos, using Claude Code alongside tools including HyperFrames, Suno, and fal.ai.
In sales operations, Claire Vo’s team is testing Quincy Quickquote, connected to CRM, contracts, and historical quotes to draft customized proposals. VEED launched a cloning feature that turns a photo and short voice recording into prompt-driven talking-head videos.
AI-native CRM is competing on fast onboarding: HubSpot’s YouSpot is positioning rapid early value for solopreneurs, while acknowledging that some workflows need time to mature. Claire Vo also introduced Jev, a TypeSafe AI tool that converts unstructured text into predictable choices, scores, and probabilities for routing, classification, and real-time decisions.
Vercel says it migrated Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1’s site in under a week with limited intervention, and plans to convert lessons from the provider-specific codebase into reusable AI migration skills.
On agent safety, Hugging Face contributed OpenShell monitoring to NVIDIA’s Open Agent Safety Platform, including network budgets, drift detection, and fleet-level visibility. OpenWorker is using OpenShell sandboxes to limit permissions, protect secrets and browser credentials, and log agent actions.
The PM lesson: move beyond a single prompt. Effective agents need repository context, examples, skills, research, and connected APIs. PMs still own judgment, taste, vision, and coordination. Marily Nika recommends blocking two weekly hours to test tools, build something small, identify failures, and share lessons.
Anthropic says PMs remain essential for user judgment and cross-functional coordination. Its teams used Claude to monitor parallel workstreams and rapidly modify project-tracking interfaces. Linear is similarly using AI for bug investigation and daily customer-feedback briefings, while preserving human product judgment through Quality Wednesdays and feature roasts.
OpenAI’s Tara Sesha emphasized shipping imperfect agentic capabilities carefully, using adoption, retention, user value, and near-term model progress as quality signals. Nan Yu warned that agents failing at the final step can feel worse than no automation, with computer use serving as a fallback when integrations are unavailable.
Atlassian reports AI-assisted workflows cut a Confluence feature cycle from six months to six weeks and shipped 22 Jira features in roughly 10 weeks. Lovable’s Elena Verna is independently running pricing work from research through production deployment. Peng Zheng and Lauren Tan are coordinating persistent role-specific bots for design, personal operations, and engineering workflows.
In developer productivity, DHH says coding agents have dramatically increased his output, while CodeRabbit Triage prioritizes pull requests by risk and review effort. In services, Thrive Holdings is using agent workflows across acquired accounting firms, with human approval before client-facing work. And DeepLearning.AI and AWS launched a Data Engineering Professional Certificate covering pipelines, orchestration, cloud architecture, networking, and security.
