How do you define “good” for your AI product?
How do you test AI outputs that need subjective judgment? Know a prompt change hasn't broken something? Trust an automated judge?
These are product questions. Evals are how you define “good” and know whether your AI product is improving.
Hamel Husain and Shreya Shankar's AI Evals For Engineers & PMs takes you through building an agent, analyzing failures, aligning judges with human judgment, catching regressions, and red-teaming.
